Vivi was the first minority woman appointed as CEO/President of a professional, arena football team, the San Diego Strike Force, IFL. Today, Vivi is an executive as part of a private group launching a new arena in North San Diego County, Frontwave Arena. As a leader, Vivi facilitates effective, unified team efforts promoting distributed leadership and cognitive diversity. Through digital transformation culture, Vivi embraces advancing technologies to nurture relationships, elevate effective communication and cultivate trust within teams.
