Jenna Chandler ‘18
Paralegal and Athletic Coach
Jenna Chandler is a paralegal with Greeley Law, APC in San Diego, CA. Jenna specializes in case management in the field of business franchise litigation, providing support to both attorneys and clients in complex legal disputes within the franchising industry through legal research, document preparation, discovery, trial support, and other administrative tasks. Jenna’s industry knowledge and experience aids clients in successfully navigating cases involving franchise agreements, intellectual property, breach of contract, and franchisee/franchisor conflicts.
Jenna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology at the Washington State University Honors College. While at university, she performed extensive undergraduate research in the field of gender based violence, culminating in a thesis on the effectiveness of high risk teams and risk assessments in the prevention of intimate partner homicide honored at defense with a distinction of excellence. Jenna went on to receive her paralegal certification through Boston University to gain invaluable industry experience in preparation for the next step in her education in law school.
In addition to her legal career, Jenna is also a member of the soccer coaching staff at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, returning as an alumna of the program. Jenna’s coaching philosophy has an emphasis on player development, both on and off the field, with the goal of instilling confidence, competitiveness, and a desire for self-growth in her athletes. Jenna values her role as a young female coach, looking to empower her athletes through connection and the creation of a healthy environment for development.
Outside of work and coaching, Jenna embraces a well-rounded lifestyle. She enjoys writing, practicing yoga, playing beach volleyball, soccer, pickleball, or any other sport she can get her hands on, snowboarding, playing guitar, and spending quality time with friends and family. When not at the office or the field, she can most often be found surfing at Tourmaline and Crystal Pier, or taking long walks with her dog Juno in Pacific Beach.
