Dr. Brett Boeh Bergmann

 Licensed Clinical-Community Psychologist

Bio: Dr. Brett Boeh (Bay) Bergmann (she/her) is a licensed clinical-community psychologist and proud alumna of OLP (Class of '10). She attended the University of Portland for her undergraduate earning Bachelor's degrees in English and Psychology and minoring in Social Justice (shout out to Mr. Kirschbaum for introducing her to social change efforts!) and Neuroscience. She then went on to earn Ph.D.'s in Clinical and Community Psychology with a specialization in statistics at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. Eager to make a difference in her home community, she returned home to provide psychological support in San Diego. She works at Sharp Mesa Vista, a behavioral health hospital in San Diego. She is a geropsychologist who serves older adults with serious mental illness who are in need of inpatient care. She also runs a small private practice where she provides psychological testing to children and adults and even gets to help support testing for seminarians with hopes of becoming priests! Outside of her paid work, Brett also works as a mother to four young kiddos! She is happy to connect with aspiring change makers, future psychologists, and leaders who hope to make a difference!
