Life & Executive Coach

Gena is a former lawyer turned Life & Executive Coach with a passion for inspiring others to access their gifts to reach their full, empowered leadership potential. She served both terms of the Obama Administration in a variety of leadership roles, including at the White House, followed by a fulfilling chapter at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as Counsel to the Director. In 2017, Gena moved to Los Angeles to join a cleantech startup as General Counsel. A transformative sabbatical the following year led her to transition into coaching in 2019. She holds a BA with Honors in Psychology from Northwestern University and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
