Dr. Fernanda Molitor, DPT, CEAS is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional blending clinical expertise with strong business acumen. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, she brings a unique perspective to improving patient care and organizational efficiency. Her experience at UCSD Health and Scripps Mercy Hospital allowed her to treat acute neurological, cardiovascular, and post-surgical patients, collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Notably, at both Scripps Mercy and UCSD Health, she proactively identified and implemented efficiency improvements through data analysis, addressing understaffing issues. She is also the Founder & Owner of ErgoFox Consulting, a growing ergonomics consulting company. Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Services (expected 2025) at San Diego State University, she is committed to honing her leadership skills and contributing to the advancement of healthcare delivery.
