Cyndi Peterson
Retired Navy Pilot, Retired Dermatologist
Cyndi Peterson is a speaker, podcaster, author, retired Dermatologist, who is currently pursuing a master’s in theology.
Married and the mother of five children, Cyndi served 10 years in the Navy- first as a Flight Surgeon, and then as a Dermatologist. After leaving the Navy, she went on to complete a fellowship in Dermatologic Surgery and entered private practice.
Cyndi had everything she wanted in life, but it was only when given a devastating diagnosis of her newborn baby girl that her faith was challenged and ignited.
Cyndi’s deeply inspiring and moving story is told in her book, Waiting for a Miracle: One Mother’s Journey to Unshakable Faith.
She loves to challenge and inspire people to grow in their faith and leads retreats and pilgrimages in addition to her speaking engagements.
Cyndi speaks on issues of faith, the value of life, and the importance of family. She has testified in Washington State against embryonic stem cell research. She has been featured on ETWN Television, Ave Maria radio, Catholic Radio, Sirius FM on The Jennifer Fulwiler Show, and spoken at national and international conferences.
