Christy Conway is a highly accomplished and well-rounded individual who wears many hats. She is a proud mother of four daughters and balances her family life with her professional pursuits as a Dental Practice Broker and Real Estate Agent. Christy was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2001 and went on to compete at the Miss USA 2001 competition. Her experience in the pageant world started as an opportunity to win a scholarship for graduate school and she went on to excel in her studies, earning a full ride scholarship to Hawaii Pacific University where she obtained her MBA in marketing.

Christy has spent 20 years working for Henry Schein, one of the largest dental supply companies in the world. In addition to her professional and familial commitments, Christy Conway is a also a natural-born leader who has held numerous leadership roles throughout her life. During her college years at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Christy served as the President of her Sorority, Pi Beta Phi. She started her own Girl Scout Troop for her four daughters and takes great pride in helping them develop their leadership skills and self-confidence. Christy has been the Turkey Trot Chair at Nazareth School for the past seven years and is passionate about helping her community.

In her free time, Christy enjoys hitting the golf course and spending time with her daughters. Her ability to balance multiple roles while consistently demonstrating leadership, dedication and grace is a testament to her strength and resilience.
