Marcela Valladolid is passionate about changing the perception of authentic Mexican food. She has released two Mexican cookbooks, both reaching the #1 spot on Amazon; hosted her own Food Network show, Mexican Made Easy, for five seasons; created her own product line of tasty Mexican snacks and meats at Safeway stores; and is currently a host on the Emmy-nominated TV show, The Kitchen.

She covered the election of Pope Francis, both terrorist attacks in Paris, and papal trips to Israel, Palestine, Jordan and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Danielle is a entrepreneur with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. She developed and implemented the strategic rollout of the NuttZo brand — a premium nut butter that blends seven organic nuts and seeds. She also founded the nonprofit Project Left Behind, to which NuttZo donates a portion of its sales. She is an OLP alumnae parent of daughter Jackie LiVolsi ‘06.
