From Passion to Purpose

What began in 2015 as a reimagining of Career Day for our students has blossomed into a professional half-day conference open to all community members throughout San Diego.

Hosted during Women’s History Month, OLP’s Women’s Symposium celebrates the stories of powerful women and our dedicated allies. At the heart of this event are the powerful stories and voices of the women that came before us. By hosting this event, we are turning our passion into purpose by living out our mission of creating an innovative learning environment that empowers our young women to become life-long learners and leaders of the next generation.

This event is not only for our students, but for women at every stage of their personal and professional journeys—from middle schoolers and high schoolers to young professionals and seasoned leaders. It is a celebration of women across generations.
